Vertex International Consulting has formed a collaborative arrangement with English commercial and immigration law firm Garth Coates. Under the arrangement both firms will jointly advise interested persons on UK and international business migration and other related matters.

The book is a part of the preeminent work on worldwide secured transaction laws and is available for pre-order. The book has been edited by Louise Gullifer QC (Hon) FBA, Rouse Ball Professor of English Law at the University of Cambridge, and Dora Neo, Associate Professor of National University of Singapore. Mr. Chowdhury’s co-author in this book is Marek Dubovec, Professor of Practice, University of Arizona James E. Rogers College of Law, and the other chapters are written by some of the leading global experts on secured transaction laws.
