Ms. Kabir is now qualified to advise clients on Australian laws and represent clients before Australian courts. She is one of the handful of Bangladeshi practitioners who hold practising certificate to appear before the courts in Australia and Bangladesh. She is also a Barrister from the Honourable Society of Lincoln’s Inn, London, which makes her a rare breed of tri-jurisdiction lawyer in Bangladesh, Australia and England.
